The Dutch, at W South Beach is offering a two-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu on Thursday, November 24th from 1PM to 9PM.  For $55 per person, guests will be treated to Cider Brined Turkey with Whipped Yukon Potatoes, Butternut Squash Brussels Sprouts and Rutabaga, Traditional Turkey Leg Stuffing and a side of Cranberry Sauce and Gravy. For that final sweet touch, diners can choose from a slice of Apple Pie with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream; Pumpkin Brûlée with cinnamon Chantilly and rum raisin ice cream; or Pecan Pie topped with cranberry compote and a side of maple ice cream. Executive Chef John Iatrellis of Miami Beach’s seafood hotspot, Lure Fishbar, will be serving a delectable Thanksgiving tasting menu for $55 per person (excluding gratuity). Dinner begins with choice of appetizer including Butternut Squash Bisque served with toasted pumpkin seeds and crème fraiche, or Roasted Blue Point Oysters with brie, spinach and lemon dust. Fontainebleau Miami Beach Celebrates Thanksgiving, on Thursday, November 24, 2016, StripSteak by Michael Mina, Pizza & Burger and Vida, at the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, will offer Thanksgiving specials that give diners plenty to be thankful for.  

 

StripSteak by Michael Mina, the acclaimed modern American steakhouse, is offering Thanksgiving dinner served family-style for $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, from 6 p.m. – 11 p.m. Guests will savor a haricot vert salad with frisee, smoked bacon, truffle sherry vinaigrette, crispy shallots, Fuji apple; the main dish of the evening a traditional slow roasted turkey – sliced breast and apricot-raisin stuffed leg with sides that include mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, fennel sausage stuffing, Brussels sprouts and giblet gravy; and for dessert, a chocolate pecan tart with vanilla ice cream.

 

Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina – the approachable and affordable concept recently added to the award-winning lineup of restaurants at Fontainebleau will be offering a unique take on Thanksgiving with The Bounty – a house made turkey burger packed with abundant Thanksgiving day flavors like cranberry mostarda and truffled turkey gravy. The special burger will be offered starting on Thanksgiving day through Sunday, November 27 and priced at $22.

 

For a more casual celebration, try Vida, the hotel’s American brasserie, which will offer a bevy of autumnal options through their traditional Thanksgiving buffet from 1 p.m. – 9 p.m. The buffet is priced at $59 for adults and $29.50 for kids ages 12 and younger, excluding tax and gratuity.
