Ideal for those who prefer to dine earlier, STRIPSTEAK – the hotel’s newest restaurant – is offering a Thanksgiving brunch from 12-4 p.m. for $65 per person as well as a prix fix dinner for $75 per person. For the entrée, diners will be served a traditional Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey featuring a chestnut and mortadella stuffed turkey leg, sweet potato gratin, cranberry relish and honey cardamom jus.
