The Miami Beach EDITION invites guests and locals alike on Thursday, October 13 for the second installment of its monthly dinner series Wine & Dine. Taking place in the historic round oval dining room of Jean-Georges’ iconic Matador Room, Wine & Dine will pair rare, exclusive wines with award-winning cuisine. “We created this dinner series for local foodies, wine lovers and hotel guests to experience the very best of our culinary offerings in an intimate setting with some of the best wines,” said Top Chef Winner & Executive Chef of Restaurants at The Miami Beach EDITION Jeremy Ford.

 

This month’s dinner series will feature California’s Paul Hobbs Winery, featuring six of the winery’s most popular and exclusive wines, including the Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard 2012, an exceptional single vineyard cabernet, naturally fermented, from a very limited case production. The night will commence with a welcome reception with EDITION’s Jeremy Ford and Paul Hobbs’ East Coast Ambassador - Harley Aveiro, who will walk guest through a hand-picked selection of wines from the prestigious label with a customized fall menu developed and executed by Ford.

 

The October installation with Paul Hobbs Winery will start at 8pm and is priced at $150 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is limited to 35 guests only, so guests are encouraged to reserve their spots in advance.
