StripSteak by Michael Mina Offering a VIP Table Experience throughout June 2017
Celebrate Dad this Father’s Day by treating him to a unique VIP Table. Experience at StripSteak by Michael Mina located in the heart of the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Throughout the month of June, the innovative and contemporary steakhouse, created by the James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Mina, will offer a month-long promotion fit for a king. Dad should come hungry, thirsty and prepared to be spoiled. The package includes a VIP table near the kitchen complete with a three-course Prix-Fixe dinner menu featuring a seafood tower, 28 oz. Dry-aged Bone-in Rib Eye and a boozy dessert. Complementing his meal is the tableside Japanese Whisky Ceremony, a signature part of the Michael Mina experience. Featuring rare spirits from Japan’s most storied distilleries, the guest of honor will be able to select from either the Nikka or Suntory family of Japanese whiskeys to use in his customized libation. The whiskey ceremony will feature an array of ingredients to enhance the natural tasting notes of the whiskey. For those who prefer wine to whiskey, a wine flight is available.
After dinner, dad is invited to tour and peruse the impressive Fontainebleau wine vault and pre-embargo cigar and rum collection. Though the restaurant is celebrated for its exciting dining and bar scene, StripSteak happens to be home to one of the largest pre-embargo cigar collections in Miami as well as numerous pre-prohibition era rums and whiskeys. Before heading home, close out the Father’s Day celebrations with a nightcap and cigar on the restaurant’s lower level terrace. StripSteak by Michael Mina will be offering the VIP Table Experience package through June 2017. Priced at $165 per dad (excluding tax and gratuity), the package is available only once per night and must be booked 24 hours in advance.
